Give us a call or send an email — or have someone close to you do it. That's the hardest bit done.
We meet, where you like
Your home, a support person's place, or your favourite coffee shop — you choose. Bring someone if it helps you feel comfortable.
We chat about you
What life looks like now, what supports you already have, and what you'd like to work towards. Not sure yet? We'll brainstorm together.
You decide — no pressure
In your own time, you choose whether we're the right fit. Want to try before you commit? Give us a trial. Not a match? Cancel any time.
We set things up
We arrange your times, days, hours and activities with you and your team, then send a service agreement to review. You only sign when you're happy.
We check in — and adapt
Once we're underway, we check in and ask for your honest feedback. If something isn't quite working, we change it.
