Support That Feels Human - Because You Are

Life doesn’t come with a manual, and neither does support work - because every person is different. What matters is you: your routines, your rhythms, your comfort, your goals (even the goals you haven’t figured out yet), and the life you want to build.

We don’t squeeze you into a template or make assumptions. We get to know you, understand what makes your world easier or harder, and then design support that fits you like your favourite hoodie - warm, familiar, and just right.

Our job is to help you feel confident, supported, respected, and capable - in whatever way that looks for you.

What We Offer

Confident Care Solutions provides disability support services through the NDIS and Carers WA.
Where possible, we use a blend of support, mentoring, teaching, and gentle guidance to help you gain independence and build confidence.

Here’s a breakdown of what we can help with - but keep in mind, when we meet you, we personalise everything. No cookie-cutter care here.

✔ Assistance with Self-Care

Support with day-to-day personal tasks such as:

  • Showering & grooming

  • Dressing

  • Toileting

  • Hair, skincare, makeup

  • Eating & mealtime support

  • Continence care

  • Routines that help your day run smoothly

Whether you want full support or just someone to prompt and guide you, we adapt to your comfort level.

✔ Assistance with Domestic Activities

Making home life feel manageable and less stressful:

  • Cooking & meal preparation

  • Tidying, cleaning, organising

  • Managing your tenancy & responsibilities

  • Budgeting and financial basics

  • Shopping and planning

  • Banking

  • Laundry

  • Time management & routines

  • Paying bills without the overwhelm

Think of it as support + skill-building + encouragement all in one.

✔ Community Access & Participation

This is everything that gets you out, about, engaged, and connected. We can support you with:

  • Attending appointments

  • Going to the shops or running errands

  • Maintaining hobbies and interests

  • Joining groups or social activities

  • Getting to your hydrotherapy or gym sessions

  • Navigating public transport

  • Confidence-building for being out in the community

  • Staying safe and aware

  • NDIS meetings

  • Fun things that make you smile (because those matter too)

You choose the activity - we help you get there, enjoy it, and make it feel doable.

✔ Assistance With Economic Participation

Whether you already have work or you want support to get started, we can help with:

  • Exploring career ideas

  • Writing CVs and cover letters

  • Looking for jobs or volunteer roles

  • Accessing DES or employment supports

  • Building confidence and skills

  • Getting to and from work

  • Dressing appropriately

  • Routines that help you succeed

You don’t have to do it alone - we help you find your strengths, build momentum, and take the next steps at your pace.

But What If I Don’t Know My Goals Yet?”

Totally normal. Honestly, most people feel this way.

We won’t sit you down and say, “So what are your goals?” like it’s a trick question.
Instead, we get to know you, chat about what you enjoy, notice your strengths, explore what matters to you, and give you the space to figure things out without pressure.

Whether it takes one conversation or twenty, we’ll stick with you.
Your spark will show up - sometimes it just needs a bit of time and encouragement.

Whether you need advice, reassurance, structure, or simply someone to listen, we’re here with heart and reliability.
You’ll always know you’ve got someone in your corner.

What to Expect When You First Reach Out

Here’s what the process looks like. Simple, relaxed, and centred around you:

1. Reach out to us

Phone, email, or through someone you trust — whatever feels easiest.

2. We meet you somewhere comfortable

Your home, a support person’s home, or your favourite café (we love a good coffee too).

3. We talk about your world right now

What’s working, what’s not, what you want support with, and what you hope life could feel like.

Don’t worry if you’re unsure — we’re good at asking the right questions and spotting what matters.

4. We match you with the right support worker(s)

And if you want a meet-and-greet first? Absolutely.

5. You decide (in your own time) if we’re the right fit

Try us out. No pressure, no deadlines, no weird salesy vibes.

6. If you choose to join us

We organise your schedule, draft your service agreement, and only move ahead once you’re 100% comfortable.

7. We check in regularly

Because support is a relationship - and your comfort, safety, and growth are our priority.
