About us- the Founders & Foundations
Meet Tracy & Zoe
Two friends who crossed paths through shared values, shared experiences, and a shared frustration with seeing people receive support that just… wasn’t good enough
Both of us grew up supporting family members with disabilities. We’ve lived the late-night worries, the fear of bad support, the exhaustion, the relief when you find someone who actually listens. We don’t just “understand the system” - we understand the human impact behind it.
That’s why CCS exists: To finally create the kind of support we desperately wished existed for our own families.
Together, we blended Tracy’s heart-first client care magic and Zoe’s detail-driven, compassionate problem-solving superpowers to bring Confident Care Solutions to life. Something real, something needed, something better.
Tracy
Director & Heart of Participant Care
Aka the reassuring voice at the end of the phone.
Tracy is the kind of person who doesn’t just show up - she shows up with heart, humour, and enough warmth to melt the entire North of England (where she’s originally from). Her caring nature runs deep. Watching her grandmother navigate Alzheimer’s shaped her entire path, planting the seed for a lifelong career of compassion.
She’s spent more than 25 years supporting people across the UK and Australia - from residential care, to complex child protection, to disability services, to management roles in major organisations. She’s seen the gaps. She’s felt the frustrations. And she’s worked in every corner of the sector.
But no matter how far she climbed, her heart always pulled her back to direct care - where real connection happens.
Tracy brings warmth, humour, honesty, and an unmatched ability to make people feel safe, supported, and valued. She’s the one people call when they’re overwhelmed… and somehow, she always knows just what to say.
Zoe
Director & Backbone of systems
Aka the problem solver with a coffee in hand
Zoe is a natural-born supporter- the type who’ll hype you up, advocate for you, and untangle a hundred problems before breakfast.
Her journey started in the UK studying social science and psychology while working in live-in care - and later supporting her grandfather to stay at home after becoming an amputee.
Since coming to Perth, Zoe has worn every hat imaginable in the sector: support worker, site coordinator, LAC, support coordinator, and founder of her own thriving business. She’s seen the good, the bad, and the “oh-no-absolutely-not” parts of the industry.
She doesn't just fix problems - she improves systems, brings clarity, and creates safe, supportive pathways for both participants and staff. She’s empathetic, creative, analytical, and fiercely values-driven.
Zoe is the person people trust when they need honesty, direction, or a pep talk that hits right in the soul.
How Confident Care Solutions Was Born
After years of hearing story after story about poor-quality support, rushed services, staff turnover, and participants feeling unheard or disrespected, we finally said:
“Enough. Let’s build something better.”
We combined our strengths, poured our shared values into every corner of the business, spent months refining every detail, and in March 2023, Confident Care Solutions was officially born.
Today, CCS is more than a business — it’s a team of passionate humans who genuinely care, who show up wholeheartedly, and who treat participants like real people, not numbers.
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built, and even more grateful for the participants, families, staff, and supporters who trust us.
